I tried it a few hours to download a 2GB file, i tried it on different days and even on different devices (computers) its just dont downloading it.

I took advantage of their two week trial to take a look at the Backblaze software and service. The registration, download and installation was straightforward so I won’t repeat it here. Of course, the largest files are typically video and other media files, but once you get an idea of what's taking up the most space, you can delete the files or transfer them to an external or network drive.
